View of the City of London from St.Paul's Cathedral, the Stone Gallery (53m or 378 steps above the Cathedral floor). You can see the HSBC building way over in Canary Wharf (the other side of London) and some of the residental towers in Wood Wharf middle right of the photograph on the sky line. The City of London is actually another city in London. It's the ancient part of London and is essentially the financial district.
