Toggle between RAW and jpg

Is there a hasty way to toggle RAW to jpeg [heif] for a shot, to take advantage of the in camera settings that only apply to jpg [heif]?

On my 12y old Pentax K7 there was a dedicated button and I miss it!

Hi, Gary.
I have "Image Quality Settings" in the Fn menu. Once I select that, I can choose whether to shoot RAW, RAW+JPEG, etc.

Since that works, you can probably assign that to a custom button.
