Sony A7 III A7 III default settings list

Still getting used to my A7 III and I suspect I have some setting wrong. Is there a list of factory default setting anywhere? I have looked and cannot find one.
I know I could do a Setting Reset but I would like to understand which setting are causing my problems.

Hi Hank,
I am actually at the senile end of the spectrum rather than teenage, but I guess the same principle applies.

I think you'll find the most of us on here in that that same stage of life. Learning new things will hopefully help stave off the "old-timers disease".
