Skip CFeA - you don't need it. On the A7RV I suggest your best choice is a good SD card. I use Sony Tough G cards, but there are lots of choices.

Avoid any of the 95MB/s cards - they are really cheap, but they will slow you down.

I've tested 6 CFexpress Type-A cards and 13 UHS-II SD cards in the Sony a7RV to find out which memory cards perform best in camera.

If you want cheap then take a look at the new PerGear cards. I'll be testing one in my A7RV in the next few days, so I'll be able to say then how well they perform.
