Changing Colour

Can anyone help me please I don't even know how to word this. The simple thing I can ask is should this page in my Sony a7 Mkiii look like this, or is there something missing The first shot shows on the list of different programs I can access by moving up or down... The second is when I go to make some fine adjustments in the colour... Should there be anything else on that page. I cannot find any information on this not a clue what they call it as well, just White Balance Adjusting...

Keep pressing the 12 O clock position on the wheel to the right of the screen whilst it is displaying. It should scroll through various display options.

Only a guess, I've never seen that.

Hi, Dave, I don't think I am explaining it correctly, I can get all the other programs in there by pressing up and down with the wheel not a problem, daylight, shade, cloudy. When I look on line (in the instruction's) it says you can adjust the setting for fine tuning, each time I try the colour box appears (photo 2) and that's all I can change I cannot fine tune it like it says... ??

I don't think I am explaining this very well, I am unable to make fine tune adjustments to each different program... Auto, Cloud, etc...
