Good day everyone, I hope everybody is staying healthy and well through the strains of COVID-19.
I just signed up today because I’m thinking of coming back to trying my hand at photography. I’m still quite the amateur. I originally bought an a300 and a couple good lenses to augment the blah kit lenses that came with it.
After digging it out of the closet from a three or so year slumber, I was quite disappointed with the results. Seems that today’s phone cameras are pretty amazing in comparison to the shots I was getting.
So I picked up a used a77 and I am considering picking up more Minolta AF lenses to play with. (I am a fan of their rich colours)
I get the feeling that a lot of Sony shooters have switched over to E mount. Makes me concerned if I’m doing right thing by investing in an obsolete system. But I also can’t wonder if it means that a lot of the good old Minolta glass will just get cheaper
