Meadow Pipit at Seaford Head

Managed a couple of hours on the coast where I finished work today. A much needed walk in the sun, even though it was freezing! This Meadow Pipit just wandered closer and closer as I was shooting, the little poser. All taken in crop mode, and cropped in post. Cracking little birds.

I've torn 3 ligaments in one knee and the meniscus in the other.

Lots of physio and exercise and they're as good as new. Well, almost.

Not good. Physio is no help for me. I could, if I wanted, have a knee replacement, but as I'm still working it's not practical. I have an unloader brace for my right knee, it helps an awful lot, with some Tramadol. I basically have no cartilege left, so it's bone on bone in there.
