Sony FE 200-600mm Original Lens Foot

Hi, I have broken my original 200-600 mm lens foot does anyone know if Sony lenses basically have the same foot as I need to buy a new one ? Many Thanks.

I've just checked my original foot and can't see a product number on it unfortunately.

I replaced mine with the kirk LP-68 which is arca-swiss compatible so no need to add an extra plate. It's also a little larger than the original Sony foot so it feels more comfortable and secure when carrying the lens.

I bought my Kirk LP-68 from Wex or Park but it doesn't look like they sell it now. An alternative option could be the Leofoto SF-02N or the Wimberley AP-620.

Personally I wouldn't spend a penny on replacing the original foot as it's a poor fit for the size of the 200-600.

I've bought complete third-party rings, tripod feet, etc. off of eBay, never had a problem. Check Amazon too.

Strange. It doesn't look like they ship to the UK anyway unfortunately.

I would also check with Sony to see if there's anywhere in the UK you can buy it from. Or try asking Fixation who I've just arranged to send my 200-600 to for repair. They are a Sony authorised repair centre so should be able to provide spare parts.
