Possible issue with 200-600 refusal to focus

Just a quick ask as anyone had a refusal to focus with the 200-600 on a9? mine just briefly would not focus yesterday a quick turn off and on seemed to fix it, the camera was blank through the view finder no info. I will clean contacts etc, I finished the hour out without issue, thanks for any info Gary

Had a few instances at random like that with the A1. Had to remove and refit the battery to fix each time.

i had the same thing happen to me two days ago sunday. i turned off and on and things were good agian

im sorry i did not read your whole explanation mine just did not focus . there was no black screen
