I haven't been to visit the White Rock Pier in years, so this morning, I went down to take a look and stroll around like a tourist.

Tis a mere stroll compared to our Southend Pier which is 1 mile long. However, I'd rather walk yours, Southend is a tip :D

Thanks for noticing - that was a setup for the shot of the crabs in the trap that I forgot to include in the first batch of photos. It was also to highlight crab trapping is pretty much a part of the culture of this fully functional pier.
