Welcome. Its a good place to start!
I gave my mother my a6000 when I upgraded to the a6400, but would you believe I cannot get her to transition from taking pictures on her cellphone to using a "real camera"?

Welcome and thanks for joining up Scott! The a6000 was my first Alpha camera, probably best that you don't know how many other Alpha cameras I've purchase since then!
