I recently decided to travel to the East African Coast, to a small island Called Lamu.
Lamu has an interesting Swahili culture that the residents like to preserve and showcase through an annual cultural festival.

Cars are not allow in the island. so people and goods move around through the traditional modes of transport, mostly Donkeys and dhows.
