Bowtie pasta (not its official name!), but I don't think I have seen it striped like that before - pretty!

Was the colour part of the pasta, or applied afterwards?

That’s the actual colour.. I got a few different colours from bulk barn..

Very nice - I think they get pasta the colour of the centre by adding tomato to the dough.

Adding those stripes to the edges of the dough before cutting it out is neat.
