Tiffen Black Soft Glow Filters

I made the mistake of clicking on an InstaGram ad for Tiffen Black Soft Glow Filters. After doing a bit of searching for reviews, I see they are on sale at B&H. So my question is - are they worth it? If so, what strength(s) would you suggest?

I have a 1/8 K+F black diffusion that's kinda cool. I don't know how much the Tiffen is, but the 67mm K+F is only $29 on Amazon. It might be a good start for you.
