I watched a documentary on the building of this dam .. it was an incredible achievement, how they stopped the Colorado River and re-routed it was amazing..

Little known fact: The concrete in that dam is still curing.

Trivia: While they were building the bypass bridge I rode over the dam on my bike while heading to Las Vegas on an extended motorcycle trip.
