Sony A7 III Aperture priority settings

I changed a lot of settings (thanks to Ryan Mense on youtube) and messed up something in the process. When I went back into aperture priority to take a portrait I found that both front and back dials controlled aperture (rather than the back dial controlling shutter speed). The shutter speed is stuck at 500 no matter what aperture I set. Any thoughts or solutions?

If you can't solve it any other way, try a reset. This will clear any customizations though and might be irritating if you've made quite a few.

Oddly, I picked it up this afternoon and it was working fine. Very strange!
