That does look like a beautiful place to drive. I spent a little time driving over the Alps whilst living in Germany. One of my favourite passes was the Susten Pass that goes up to 2260M in elevation. This isn't the best photo, it was back in 2016 and I think I was using the RX100 at the time.

These are all great shots! I have a nice desert sunset road, but it's with my Nikon SLR so I can't post it. The only Sony I use is 200-600 for wildlife, so I rarely have non-wildlife images to post on this site.

I think Tim should make an exception. I mean after all, it would be nice to show everyone every now and then what happens when someone doesn't shoot with Sony... 😜

I imagine you are asking about the 11-20 2.8?? That is actually a Tamron lens that I got specifically to go to Scotland in the fall of '21. I took it with me to Africa as well as the Sony 16-55 and the Sony 70-350. I love the lens.....I just don't use it as much as I'd like. It has to be a pretty specific scene for me to shoot that wide. The Sony16-55 G is almost always on the camera though.

Oh it is a Tamron too. I just seen E 11-20mm and straight away thought it was the new Sony without considering the B060 bit...

I had ordered the 16-55G for my A6400, then before it came in I made the decision to go full frame instead. That's a lovely lens combination you have there, I do have a soft spot for the A6400 though, it has everything you need and nothing that you don't. I always wish I didn't sell mine and in all honesty still contemplate buying a new one every now and then...

I apologise for the hijacking Etienne. 🥴

I don't mind if the odd none Sony image is posted now and again, it shouldn't break the forum :D

We ended up heading to Barrington Tops inland of the Hunter Valley, NSW a week early and just got back. I'll be putting up a new thread shortly with some other images. But as for this thread, I came up with these... 🌞

Something a little different. North Sydney.

I needed to take my Sigma 24-70mm out. She's been overshadowed by the 16-35mm GM lately. That Sigma is my OG, a brilliant lens! 🏆
