Thank you. My first question and I sooo need help please .

Sony A7 mark 3, Elinchrom Skyport and Rotolight both Neo & Aeos.

I can get the Sony and skyport to recognize my Rotolights. It will change the temperature and power of the light remotley. Furthermore, the Rotolight will flash when the test button is pressed.

But, it will not flash when the shutter is released. Can anyone help please ?

If not, would you have any recommendations ?

Welcome to forum, John.
I’m not familiar w these lights, so I have only the commonsense questions. Are all three compatible w each other? Did you check sync and setting for each one? Perhaps someone else on forum has this combo and will reply.
