So shots from a bird blind at a local park. I don't think I have such a high use of this stump in the past.

Great shots, looks like a popular spot for birds to hang out. How much time between shots, were they taken in 'rapid' succession or were they hours apart?

Maybe they all wanted to see who was in the bird blind ?
I think they could see me at least from the closest branch because the jays seemed to do touch and goes with it

I think I was that the blind about 40 mins. It seemed to be a couple waves of birds that made stops.

A little Pied Cormorant is a small black and white cormorant with stubby yellow bill and completely white undersides (no black trousers). Take care to identify from Pied Cormorant, which has a long ivory bill and black “trousers” on the flanks near the legs. This bird was either photographed with his pants down, or, my ID is correct…. Or maybe he hasn’t grown strong enough to wear the pants yet.

Love that. I’ve never seen one!
He's a quite little fella. I was actually photographing the aircraft coming in to land at City Airport. I was very surprised to see this little guy on a busy set of steps leading up to the exhibition centre.
