Sony A7 III What firmware did your A7iii ship with?

Just ordered the Sony a7iii from B&H. Delivery expected on Monday 16th! Wondering what firmware yours was shipped with and if my first step should be to update and what benefits I could expect.

I'm jumping from the Nex-6, so I'm expecting some major improvements! Please let me know some important issues and first thoughts you experienced as I will be reading everything I can while waiting for the delivery!
