Sony A7 IV Alpha7 IV missing pal/ntsc selector

My new alpha 7 iv cameraa doesn't have pal/ntsc selecor. and i don't know what to do
any solution ?

No NTSC/PAL Selector After Update to Firmware 2.0 <<- Same problem with different model.

Doesn't look like we have any answers. Is this one of Sony's weird territory games? I don't know.

My a7iv, firmware 2.0 out of the box, does have the option.

It seems to be an odd thing that changes all the time. My A1 was purchased through Panamoz and has both, but I've seen people complaining that once updated with new firmware one or the other could disappear.

Did you buy this from a regular retailer or from a grey-market seller?

in my country ( Iran ) they are all grey-maket
we don't shot 60p here, and it's stuck on it
now i have to shot on 60p with all of my camers, because of sound sync
( sorry for bad english )

I don't think it's possible.

Maybe there's a hack. One could ask the internet... but there would be some risk, and I'd hate to brick my camera!

Are all the firmware files identical? Regardless of source? Or is the a difference depending on which country site the come from?

Is something written into the camera hardware? Well, some things must be, like the serial number. Probably that is how they restrict which languages can be used on cameras bought in some countries.

By the way, and it only just occurred to me, how about asking Sony?
