Just a little over 4 years ago Sony announced the A7 IV. Now, just in time for Christmas 2025, we have its successor, the Sony A7 V.

The A7 V features a new 33-megapixel semi-stacked Exmor RS CMOS sensor, 30 fps black out free continuous shooting with one second RAW+JPG pre-capture, and 4K 120p (Super 35) or 4K 60p (full-frame) video in 10-bit 4:2:2.
It’s already available to pre-order and the lucky few who get their orders in early may receive it before Christmas, unless you are on Santa’s naughty list!
It will cost $2,898 in the US, £2,799 in the UK, or 2,999 EUR in Europe.
