Sony has released new firmware updates for four lenses that improves the image stabilization performance with the new Sony a7R V.

The following lenses have been updated and are also the only lenses that support Image Stabilization with Body–Lens Coordinated Control at present:
Sony FE 24-105mm F4 G OSS (Ver.02) – Download Firmware
Sony FE 200-600mm F5.6-6.3 G OSS (Ver.02) – Download Firmware
Sony FE 70-200mm F2.8 GM OSS II (Ver.02) – Download Firmware
Sony FE 100-400mm F4.5-5.6 GM OSS (Ver.03) – Download Firmware
This update enables the a7R V camera body and the lens to perform image stabilization in coordination, allowing for more effective stabilization of images than would otherwise be possible. In movie mode, set image stabilization to [Active] before shooting.
I wonder why Sony decided to post a photo of four lenses side-by-side and only leave the hood on one of the four? Seems like they would either want all on or all off for consistency.
