The easiest way to do this is to assign “focus standard” to a custom button. I’d recommend the trash can because then when you click it once you’ll be able to move the focus point around, click it twice and it will re-center.
You will require firmware version 6.00 or later for animal eye autofocus, so check which firmware version you have installed via the menu.
