I already upgraded.
I logged in a couple of days ago, and found both 1.35 & 2.01 in a single zip to download.
Reminder: one should upgrade to 1.35 and then to 2.01.

Yes, that's how it comes. It's still wiping all the settings (although if you upgraded to 2.0, the 2.01 update does not wipe them again.

A9ii is now up to version 3.20 on its firmware ...

Hi. I have a Sony A7R iv and when I go to update the firmware the update software button is not showing.
I am using a SD card with the new version and I have checked the title.
I have also done a factory reset but didn't help just lost all my settings.
Please can someone help me to update.

I have managed to update to 1.11 via a USB cable but now in the same position as I was before, I will keep you updated if I succeed. picture / screen looks the same except ver: 1.11)

Glad that you got it to work. For the A7R IV A version 1.11 is the latest firmware. It’s always a pain updating via USB cable especially for Mac users. Thankfully the newer cameras support firmware updates via memory card and Sonys Creators App which is much easier.
